The Office Planning Group offers the following types of
reliable forms handling equipment from Formax:

Cut Sheet and Continuous Form Bursters:

Capacities range from 90-140 sheets per minute for cut sheet machines and 15-350 feet per minute on continuous form. Machines can handle a wide range of form sizes and are available in table top or freestanding versions.

Fully Automatic Folder Inserters:

Folder inserters are available with a max capacity of 2,700 pieces per hour and one or two insert stations.

Fully Automatic Folder Sealers:

Capacities range from 300-30,000 pieces per hour. Machines can handle forms up to 17" long and are pre-programmed for 3 popular folds.  All machines use a pressure seal.

Document Signers:

Cut sheet and continuous form models available. Signs up to 325 documents per minute and features automatic alignment for accurate imprint locations.

Continuous Form Decollators:

Available in 2-6 station models with capacities up to 475 feet per minute. Handles both carbon interleaved and carbonless multi-part forms.

Document Folders:

Capacities up to 150 sheets per minute and documents up to 17" long. Available with up to 6 automatic fold settings and automatic paper length detection.

Cut Sheet Cutter:

Processes up to 40 forms per minute with 6 pre-programmed paper cutting sizes. Machine will automatically feed the forms and cut, slit or perforate in the desired position.
